Diets and Weight Loss Don't Mix

You might think it's crazy to say diets and weight loss don't mix, but they don't. If diets equaled weight loss success people wouldn't be on three, four, five or more diets in their life. They would diet, lose weight and be done. Every time a person diets for weight loss they are asking for trouble. We have internal, natural, instinctive programming and one is hunger.
